Yoga Poses For Beginner
Yoga is a method of creating harmony between body and mind. It is believed to have originated from the first civilization and continues to nurture the fitness of people till date. It is an attractive way to increase body flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Amazingly, there are over 300 poses in yoga. However, here we are going to tell you about the initial process of starting yoga.
You have to follow some instructions before and after doing yoga.
• If you are suffering from any chronic illness or are injured or recovering from your illness or injury, please consult your doctor first and inform your yoga teacher before starting.
• Focus on your breathing. There can be no compromise here.
• Do not push yourself too much while doing yoga, do as much as your body is capable of. If you are unable to do it completely due to lack of flexibility, don't worry you can improve it gradually, and do much better. Just stick to your approach and leave the rest to your body's flexibility and stamina.
• Initially hold each pose for 5-10 breaths, and then gradually increase your time.
• Be consistent in your practice.
