While standing straight, make a distance of hip width in the feet and keep the hands by the side of the body.

Inhale and raise your left hand in such a way that your fingers are in the direction of the ceiling.

While exhaling, bend your spine to the right, then move your pelvis to the left and lean slightly more. Keep your left hand taut upwards.

Turn your head to look up from the left palm. Keep the elbows straight.

While inhaling straighten your body back.

While exhaling, bring your left hand down.
